1 BRAKES MASTER CY LINDER DISASSEMBLY
Drain the brake luid from the hydraulic system
Disconnect the brake hose from the master cylinder by remov ing the bolt two seating washersRemove the fron! brake lever nut and pivot boltLoosen the throttle housing bracket screws Remove the screws from the master cylinder holder and remove the master cylinder
Remove the piston boot and the snap ring from the master cyl inder bodyTOOL Snap ring pliers
