MAINTENANCE Adjust the fear brake lever and pedal free play by turning the adjusting nuts at the lower end of the cables
Make sure the cut-out of each adjusting nut is seated on the
brake arm pin
REAR BRAKE PEDA HEIGHT
Loosen the lock nut and adjust the pedal height by turning the stopper bolt
Tighten the lock nut securelyAfter adjustment, check the rear brake pedal free play and
adjust if necessary
With the engine off, remove the rubber cap and loosen the clutch adjusting screw lock nutSlowly turn the adjusting screw counterclockwise until resistance is felt Then turn the adjusting screw clockwise 14 turnand tighten the lock nut
