REAR WHEEL BRAKE DRIVE MECHANISM TIRE REPAIR (W ITH RUBBER PLUG) NOTE
This method is an emergency repair onlyReplace the plug at the first opportunity with cold patchRemove the puncturing object
Insert rubber plug through the eye of an inserting needleApply patching cement to the plug
Center the needle on the plug and insert until the
plug is all the way in the tireTwist the needle several times
Pull the needle straight out so that the plug is about 10 mm (38 in) above the tread surfaceTrim the plug mm (116 in) above the surface"
Repeat the above procedure if the puncture is large

Clean the rim bead seat and flangesFlush the rim ftanges, bead seat and base with clean
waterInflate the tire to seat the tire beadNOTE
