FRONT WHEEL BRAK ESTEERING Apply grease to the throttle cable end and connect the cable to the throttle armInsert the adjuster into the throttle housingInstall the throttle arm, spring and lever into the throttle housingTighten the throttle lever using the bolt and new lock washerBend up the lock washer tab against the bolt headInstall the holder of the throttle housing and tighten the boltsNOTE
Align the throttle housing line mark with the mating surface of the brake lever and holderTake care of the throttle arm spring not to bind and check for it
