CYLINDER REMOVAL-
Remove the following: cyl inder head (Section 6)
gaskets, dowel pins and Oringscylinder base boltscam chain guide roller bolt and guide rollercylinder
Keep the cam chain from falling ;nto the
crankcase when removing the cylinderRemove the metal gasket and dowel pins,
CYLINDER INSPECTION
I nspect the cylinder bore for wear or dama locations
Measure the cylinder I.D at and axi at three
SE RVICE LIMIT: 55,10 mm 12.169 in }
CYLINDER
Calculate the taper and out of round
