HYDRAULIC DISC BRAKES
INSTALLATION
Connect the reservoir joint hose to the master cylinder with new O-ring and the screwsConnect the rear brake hose with the oil bolt and two new sealing washers, and tighten the oil boltTORQUE: 25-35 Nm (2.5-3.5 kg-m, 18-25 ft-Ibl Connect the master cylinder push rod and actuating arm with the joint pin and secure it with new cotter pinInstall the master cylinder to the frame and tighten the mount boltsTORQUE: 2430 Nm (2.4-3.0 kg-m, 1722 ft-Ibl Fill and bleed the rear hydraulic system (Page 134)
