Install the metering unit into the reservoirInstall the valve into the reservoir being careful not to damage the O-ring and tighten it with the special toolInstall the two springs, detent balls and adjusting knob onto the valveAlign the flats on the adjusting knob and the adjusting screwTighten the knob screw securely

Hold the upper shock mount in vise with soft jaws or shop towelPoint the hole straight upPullout the damper rod all the wayFill the damper with ATF
