AFTER '85: Remove the fork spring
Drain the fork oil by pumping the fork up and down several times
LOWER FORK SPRING
HEXWRENCH, 6mm Hold the fork slider in vise with soft jaws or shop towelRemove the socket bolt with hex wrenchCAUTION
