SERVICE INFORMATION
GENERAL
The clutch, kick starter and shift linkage can be serviced with the engine installedRemove any gasket material from the crankcase mating surfacesDo not allow dirt in the engine Be careful not to damage the case mating surfaces during disassemblyClean all parts before inspectingCoat all contact surfaces with clean transmission oil before assemblyIt is not necessary to disconnect the water hoses to remove the right crankcase cover from the crankcase when servicing the clutch, kick starter and gearshift linkage
