CYLINDER HEADCYLINDERPISTON
Install the exhaust chamber joint pipe and reed valveLubricate the piston with 2-stroke oil and slip the cylinder over the piston while compressing the piston l-ing5CAUTION
Do lot rotate the cylinder, since this cause the piston rings to snag cylinder port alld break
RADIATOR HOSE Install the cylinder base nutsTORQUE: 38-48 Nm (3.8-4.8 kg-m, 27-35 ft-Ib) Connect the radiator hose (cylinder-to-water pump) Install the exhaust chamber (Page 14-3)Install the carburetor ('85: Page 3-11, AFTER '85: Page 3-22)
