This method is an emergency repair onlyReplace the plug at the first opportunity with co ld patchRemove the puncturing objectInsert rubber plug through the eye of an inserting needleApply patching cement to the plug

Center the needle on the plug and inse rt unti the plug is al the way in the tireTwist the needle several ti meso Pull the needle straight out so that the plug is about 10 mm (38 in) above the tread surfaceTrim the plug mm (1116 in) above the surfaceRepeat the above procedure if the puncture is large
TIRE ASSEMBLY
Clean the rim bead seat and flangesApply clean water to the rim flanges, bead seat and baseInflate the tire to seat the tire bead
