HONDA TRX200 With the breaker arm in the hor izontal position, place the breaker press head assembly over the breaker arm ress blockMake sure he press head bolt is backed out all the way and then position the nylon buttons on the press head against the inside edge of the rim
REAR WHEELFINAL DRIVE
PRESS HEAD BOLT
PRESS HEAD ASSEMBLY
I nsert the threaded shaft through the appropr iate hole in the breaker press head assembly and then tighten the lever nut until both ends of the breaker press head assembly are in firm contact with the rimNOTE :
I nsert bolts through the holes in the im hub mou nt ing tabs and the adapter to pos it ion the adapter prope lyTighten the press head bolt until the reference mark on the press lock is aligned ith the top edge of the press headIf the rest of the bead cannot be pushed down into the center of the rim by hand, loosen the press head bolt and the lever nutRotate the breaker arm assembly and breaker press head assembly 18 to 14 the circumference of the rimTighten the lever nut and then ighten the press head bolt as descr ib ed Repeat th is procedure as necessary unti the rema inder of the bead can be pushed down into the center of th rim
