TRX200 PINION BEARING REMOVAL
Remove the O-ring from the pinion shaft
REAR WHEElFINAL DRIVE
Pull the bearing outer and inner races off the shaft with the bearing pullerPull the other inner race off with the same toolRemove th pin ion adjustment spacer
BEARING PULLER (COMMERCIALLY AVILABLE) DRIVER
PINION RETAINER OIL SEAL REPLACEMENT
Remove the O-ring and oil seal from the pinion reatinerDrive new oil seal into the retainerCoat new O-ring with oil and insta ll it onto the retainerTo install new oil seal, use driver 07749-0010000 and attachment 07945-3330300
