I nstall the throttle lever, spring and rubber sealInstall the lock plateScrew in the pivot bolt and check the lever for smooth operationBend the tabs of the lock plate downSPRING
RUBBER TAB Install the hole of the throttle housing into the tab on the handlebarInstall the throttle lever housing noto the handlebar horizontally as shown
