Press the valve thro ugh the valve guide and onto the seat without rotating it to make clear patternNOTE:
The location of he valve seat in relation to the valve face is very important for good seal ingIf the contact area is too high on the valve, the seat must be lowered using 32 degree flat cutterIf the contact area is too Iowan the valve, the seat must be raised using 60 degree inner cutterRefinish he seat to specifications using 45 degree seat cutterAfter cutting the seat, apply lapping compound to the valve face and lap the valve us ing light pressureAfter lapping, wash all residua compound off the cylinder head and valve
