AIR CLEANER CASE COVER
AIR CLEANER
Remove the seat by pulling the seat leverRemove the four wing bolts attaching the air cleaner case coverRemove the air cleaner case cover Remove the air cleaner element assembly from the air cleaner case
WING BOLTS AIR CLEANER ELEMENT Remove the bracket from the element holde rRemove the air cleaner element from the element ho lder
Wash the element in non-flammable or high flash point solvent, squeeze out the solvent thoroughlyand allow to dry Soak the element in gear oil (SAE 80- 90) and squeeze out excessPlace the element onto the elemen holderInstall the bracket onto the element ho lderInstall the air cleaner case cover with the four wing boltsInstall the seat nstal the element assembly into the air cleaner case
