BRAKE MECHANISM REAR PAD REPLACEMENT Remove the rear caliper mount bolts and remove the rear caliper from the swingarmReplace the rear brake pads using the same method as used for front brake pad replacement (page 14-5)

DISC THICKNESS
Measure the disc thickness with micrometerSERVICE LIMIT: FRONTREAR: 3.00 mm (0.118 in)
DISC WARPAGE
Remove the disc from the wheelMeasure the disc warpage on surface plate with feeler gaugeSERVICE LIMIT: FRONTREAR: 0.3 mm (0.012 in)
