Inflate the tire to seat the tire bead
CAUTION: Be careful not to inflate the tire with more than 1.2 kgcm (17 psi) of airIf the tire does not fit to the rim with 1.2 kgcm (17 psi) of air pressure, release the air from the tire and apply coat of soapy water to the tire bead and bead seating surface of the rimThen, inflate the tire with air againDeflate the tireWait hour and inflate the tire to the specified pressure
