FRONT WHEELFRONT FORKSTEERING TIRE REMOVAL (U.S.Aonly)
NOTE: This service requires the Universal Bead Breaker (GN-AH-95S-BB1) available in U.S.AonlyRemove the core from the valve stem
CAUTION:
Use of the Bead Breaker tool is requiredfor tire removal Do not damage the bead seating area of the rim Use Coats 220 Tire Changer or equivalent to remove the tire from the rimr( tire changer is not availablerim protectors and tire irons may be usedInstall the proper size blade onto the breaker arm assemblyShort blade7" IS" rimsLong blade9" 111" rimsPRESS BLOCK BREAKER ARM ASSEMBLY
CAUTION:
Use of an improper size blade may result in damage to the rimtire or bladePlace the proper size adapter onto the threaded shaft and then put the wheel over the threaded shaft and adapterLube the bead area with rubber lubricantpressing down on the tire sidewalilbead area in several placesto allow the lubricant to run into and around the beadAlso lube the area where the breaker arm will contact the sidewall of the tireWhile holding the breaker arm assembly at an approximate 45 positioninsert the blade of the breaker arm between the tire and rimPush the breaker arm inward and downward until it is in the horizontal position with its press block in contact with the rimNOTE:
