Drain the crankcaseRemove the seatrear fenderRemove the fuel tank (page 43)Remove the carburetor (page 46)Disconnect the spark plug capRemove the exhaust pipeDisconnect the clutch cableRemove the right footpeg bracketDisconnect the brake rod from the brake arm

Disconnect the pulse generator wi re connectorsDisconnect the alternator wire connectors and free the wire from the clamps
