Inspect the float valve and float valve seat for wear or damage; such as pitting or grooving
FLOAT VALVE NEEDLE JET Remove the main jet, needle jet holder and needle jetRemove the slow jetBefore removing the pilot screw, record the number of turns in to make the screw seat lightlyThe pilot screw can be returned to its original factory preset positionRemove the pilot screwBlow open all jets and carburetor body openings with compressed airInspect the pilot screw, needle jet, needle jet holder and main jetCheck each part for wear or damageNEEDLE JET HOLDER
