Remove the throttle cable from the throttle valve while depressing the throttle valve spring

THROTTLE VALVE JET NEEDLE
Remove the needle clip retainerRemove the jet needle and needle clipInspect the throttle valve and jet needle surface for dirt, scratches or wearReplace if necessary
