CYLINDER HEAD VALVES
Coat the camshaft bearing and bushing with molybdenum disulfide grease Install the cylinder head cover Install and tighten the mm cap nutsTORQUE: 18-25N m( .82.5kg -m13- 18 ft -Ib) Install and tighten the mm socket bolts TORQUE:2N m(O.8-1 .2kg -m69ft -lb) NOTE Tighten the mm cap nuts and mm bolts in crisscross pattern in 2- steps
CAMSHAFT INSTALLATION
Coat the camshaft journals with molybdenum disulfide greasePlace the thrust washer onto the cams haft Place the camshaft through the cam chain and into the cylinder head
