Install dust seal onto the steering stem and press the lower bearing inner race over the stem with the special tool

ATTACHMENT GN-HT-54 STEERING STEM SOCKET 07916-3710100
Install and tighten the adjustment nutTORQUE: 25-35 Nm (2.5-3.5 kg-m, 18-25 ft-Ib)
