'83 ATC250R ADDENDUM
Remove the brake caliper bracket boltsPush the wheel toward the left side and remove the caliper
Place small wooden wedge between the brake pads to keep them from being forced out of the caliperRemove the axle shaft and front wheel
TIRE REMOVAL
This service requires the Universal Bead Breaker available in U.S.AonlyRemove the core from the valve stem
CAUTION: Use of the Bead Breaker tool is required for tire removal Do not damage the bead seating area of the rim Use Coats 220 Tire Changer or equivalent to remove the tire from the rimIf tire changer is not available, rim protectors and tire irons may be usedInstall the proper size blade onto the breaker arm assemblyShort blade7" 8" rimslong blade9" 11" rims
