'83 ATC250R ADDENDUM
ENGINE INSTALLATION
Place the engine in the frame; Insert the upper engine hanger bolt through the left frame bracket, spacer, engine case, spacer and right frame bracketInsert the lower engine hanger bolt through the left frame, engine case and the right frame bracketInsert the swing arm pivot bolt through the engine rear hanger and swing armInstall the nuts and tighten the two engine hanger bolts and swing arm pivot bolt to the specified torque valuesTORQUE: Hanger bolts: 35-45 Nm (3.5-4.5 kg-m25-33 ft-Ib) Pivot bolt: 70-110 Nm (7.0-11.0 kg-m, 51-80 ft-Ib) Reinstall all the remaining parts that were removed
