Install the throttle cable in the reverse order of removalMake sure the throttle lever free play is 3-8 mm (18-14 in) at the tip of the throttle leverAdjust as follows: Adjust the throttle lever free play by loosening the lock nut and turning the adjusterTighten the lock nut after adjusting3-8mm

Check the chain slack midway between the sprocketsStandard: 25-35 mm (1-1 in) Adjustment: Loosen the two lock boltsTurn the adjuster to decrease or increase chain slack using the tool provided in the tool kitThen tighten the lock nuts
