BRAKE MECHANISM (FRONT DISC BRAKE)
PIN BOLTS
Straighten the tabs of the lock washerLoosen the two pi'n bolts
LOCK WASHER PIN BOLTS Remove the pin bolts and brake pads
Clean the brake caliperInstall the pad spring on the caliperInstall the brake pads and shims on the caliper bracketClose the caliper bracket with the padsInstall the pin bolts looselyNOTE Replace both pads as setInstall the shim on the back of the padPlace the caliper bracket between the tabs of the brake pad springTighten the pin bolts to the specified torque
