GEARSHIFT SPINDLE DRUM SHIFTER Remove the nut and bolt and remove the guide plateRemove the drum shifter while holding the two ratchet pawlsNOTE The ratchet pawls are spring loadedTake care while removing them to avoid loss of the plung ers or springs
