Remove the seatrear fenderTurn the fuel valve OFF, and disconnect the fuel tubeRemove the fuel tank
Keep gasoline away from flames or sparksWipe up spilled gasoline at onceCheck that fuel flows freely out of the fuel valveIf the flow is restricted, clean the fuel strainerInstall the fuel tank and connect the fuel tubeInstall the seatrear fenderNOTE After assembly, make sure there are no fuel leaksDo not overtighten the fuel valve lock nut
