The installation is the reverse of removal procedureHowever, pay attention to the following detailsFront Brake Disc Do not forget Belleville washers no27 when installing brake disc boltsInstall each Belleville washer no27 with its concave side towards brake disc
CAUTION: Do not let the caliper hang by the
hose and do not stretch or twist the hoseRemove brake disc Pay attention not to cut the CV bootRear Brake Disc Outlander 400 Series Remove:LH wheelcaliper (suspend it out of the way) hose and do not stretch or twist the hose- rear propeller shaft (refer to REAR DRIVE!Place the propeller shaft in viseHeat up brake disc around screws to facilitate removalRemove brake disc screws no23 retaining brake disc to the propeller shaftOutlander 800 Series
