CALIPER
Removal
Loosen wheel nutsRaise vehicle and support it securelyRemove appropriate wheelRemove the caliper boltsscrews then the caliperIf the caliper is not being removed from the vehicle as during brake pad replacementsimply hang the caliper with piece of wire to take the weight off the brake hoseIf the caliper is being removed for replacementdrain brake system before removing the Banjo fitting no16 and its sealing ring no17Remove the caliper from the vehicle

Coat piston and piston cups with clean brake fluidThe spring is conicalInstall the smaller end on pistonInsert piston in the master cylinder
