Section 10 SUSPENSION
Subsection 02 (REAR SUSPENSION)
Installation
Insert the torsion bar into the frame and install the torsion bar lever (one on each side)NOTE: Ensure lever no12 is aligned with the cut-outs on the swing arm and arrow is pointing up
Unscrew the trailing arm nut no16
V07 H1 GB
Install the washer no11 and new elastic nut no10 First torque the right hand side elastic nut to 55 N-m (41 Ibf-ft), then the left hand side to 120 N-m (89 Ibf-ft)Reinstall both torsion bar covers with new clamps
To do this, use the spanner wrench (PIN 529035 925)
