GENERAL
Before performing any servicing on the transmission linkage system, be sure the transmission lever is on NEUTRAL position and the parking brake is appliedDuring assemblyinstallation, use the torque values and services products as in the exploded viewClean threads before applying threadlockerRefer to SELF-LOCKING FASTENERS and LOCTITE APPLICATION at the beginning of this manual for complete procedure
WARNING
- Detach tie-rod end from bracket
Torque wrench tightening specifications must strictly be adhered toLocking devices (e.g locking tabs, elastic stop nuts, self-locking fasteners, cotter pins, etc must be installed or replaced with new one where specifiedIf the efficiency of locking device is impaired, it must be renewed
