Tighten all M6 Torx screws to 10 N-m (89 Ibf-in) Before installing bearing cover, apply Loctite 5910 (PIN 293800081) on the housing and Super Lube grease (PIN 293 550 030) on sealInstall the actuator, refer to ACTUATOROnce this is done, complete final assembly

Removal
Remove engine from vehicle and place it on footrest supportRefer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION for the procedure Drain gearbox Refer to OIL CHANGE in MAINTENANCE of this section for the procedureUnscrew the three (3) nuts that attach the gearbox to the engine Pull gearbox to separate it from engine vmr2006{)22-041
