Inspection
Check output shaft no1 and its gear for cracks, bend, pitting or other visible damagesCheck output shaft splines for wear or other damages
CAUTION: Always replace output shaft and bevel gear shaft at the same timeProceed also with the BEVEL GEAR ADJUSTMENTCheck if the output shaft bearings no3 and no7 turn freely and smoothlyReplace if necessaryReplace oil seal no46 if brittle, hard or damagedReplace O-rings no4 and no8 if brittle, hard or damagedCheck splines of coupling sleeve no9 for wear or other damages
