Clean the magnetic drain plug from metal shavings and dirtPresence of debris gives an indication of failure inside the gearboxCheck GEARBOXto correct the problemChange gasket ring no43 on the magnetic drain plug if damagedReplace a-ring no45 if brittle, hard or otherwise damaged
Filling Procedure
Make sure that magnetic drain plug no42 is reinstalled and tightWith the vehicle on level surface, fill the gearbox through the oil filler hole with XP-S chaincase oil (PIN 413 801 900) or XP-S synthetic chaincase oil (PIN 413 803 300) or with an equivalent product (ISO VG 100) until the 011 reaches the lower threads of the oil filler hole (around 400 mL (13.5 oz U.S)
