NOTE: For better understanding, the following illustrations are taken with engine out of vehicleTo perform the following instructionsit is not necessary to remove engine This CVT is lubrication freeNever lubricate any components except drive pulley one-way clutch and friction washerDuring assemblyinstallation, use the torque values and service products as in the exploded viewsClean threads before applying thread lockerRefer to SELF-LOCKING FASTENERS and LOCTITE APPLICATION at the beginning of this manual for complete procedure

Removal
Remove: distance screwsCVT cover and gas ket
WARNING
Torque wrench tightening specifications must strictly be adhered toLocking devices (e.g locking tabs, elastic stop nuts, self-locking fasteners, cotter pin, etc must be installed or replaced with new ones where specifiedIf the efficiency of locking device is impaired, it must be renewed
