GENERAL
NOTE: For better understanding, the following illustrations are taken with engine out of vehicle To perform the following instructions, it is not necessary to remove engine This CVT is lubrication free Never lubricate any components except drive pulley one-way clutchDuring assemblyinstallation, use the torque values and service products as in the exploded viewsClean threads before applying threadlockerRefer to SELF-LOCKING FASTENERS and LOCTITE APPLICATION at the beg inning of this manual for complete procedure

Remove:LH engine side panelLH footwellUnscrew clamps retaining CVT cover hoses
Remove distance screws no1Remove CVT cover and its gasket&
WARNING

Torque wrench tightening specifications must strictly be adhered to Locking devices (e.g locking tabs, elastic stop nuts, self-locking fasteners, cotter pin, etc must be installed or replaced with new ones where specified If the efficiency of locking device is impaired, it must be renewed
