If th ere is no voltage, check fuses F9, F7, re lay R3 (accessories) and iring conditionIf there is voltage, test switch as followsWinch Control Switch Outlander 400 Series Remove steering cover, refer to BODYDisconne ct the winch control switch connectorUsing multimeter, measure the resistance between the con nector pin (RED wire), (BLACK wire) and (GREEN ire )POSITION Switch toIN" Switch to "OUT" CONNECTOR PIN and and RESISTANCE
