Installation
The installation is the reverse of the removal procedureInstall all bolts before applying the torqueTighten nut no13 to 10 N-m (89 Ibf-in) then upper bolts no18 to N-m (53 Ibf-in)

NOTE: On 800 EFI engines models, types of heat shield are installed, with bolts and with clampsThe following instructions are genericBody parts removal can be necessary to reach heat shields
Torque all heat shield clamps to 3.5 (31 Ibf-in)
MUFFLER SUPPORT
Inspection
Check muffler support condition If crack or otherwise damaged, replace it
Inspection
Check for wear, cracks or other damages Replace if necessary
