THERMOSTAT
The thermostat is single action type
Removal
NOTE: The thermostat is located on the top of cylinder head, on intake side (front cylinder on the Outlander 800 Series) Install hose pincher on both radiator hoses Remove:thermostat housing screws and pull thermostat cover

NOTEOn th V-810 engine, both cylinders mu st be bled With vehicle on flat surface, engine cold, refill radiator no3When the coolant comes out by the thermostat housing hole, install the bleeding screw with its gasket ring and torque to N-m (44 Ibf-in)
