DRIVE PULLEY NOISE IN IDLE SPEEDNORMAL USE
1 Check slider shoes (drive pulley)aWorn slider shoes (increased clearance between governor cup and drive pulley sliding half)Replace all slider shoes at the same time (slider shoes kit)
2Check driven pulley sliding mechanism (between driven pulley outer and inner half) aMechanism is stuck andor damagedReplace driven pulley assembly3Check roller(s) andor levers for wear (located on sliding half of drive pulley)aRoller(s) on governor cup is (are) worn out andor damaged (refer to Replace governor cup assemblybLever(s) on drive pulley sliding half is (are) worn out andor damaged (refer to Replace all levers at the same time (lever kit)
