GENERAL
During assemblyinstallation, use the torque values and service products as in the exploded viewsClean threads before applying threadlockerRefer to SELF-LOCKING FASTENERS and LOCTITE APPLICATION at the beginning of this manual for complete procedure
NOTE: For an easier installation, it's highly recommended to use an electric modelEnsure that the seat rest firmly against hard surface such as piece of woodThis is done to get the staples completely pushed in place
WARNING
Torque wrench tightening specifications must strictly be adhered toLocking devices (ex locking tabs, elastic stop nuts, self-locking fasteners, cotter pin, etc must be installed or replaced with new ones where specifiedIf the efficiency of locking device is impaired, it must be renewedInstall all screws before torquing them
Seat Cleaning
It is recommended to clean the seat no1 with solution of warm soapy water, using soft clean clothCAUTION: Avoid use of harsh detergents such as strong soaps, degreasing solvents, abrasive cleaners, paint thinners, etcthat may cause damage to the seat coverF01L3YA
