Section 08 BRAKES Subsection 01 (HYDRAULIC BRAKES)
Attach master cylinder rod and brake cable to brake pedalConnect brake hose to master cylinder with Banjo bolt and new sealing washersConnect flexible hose to master cylinderBleed rear brake systemCheck for leaks and make sure the brake operates normally before driving

Inspection
Check hoses and fittings for damages or leaksClean reservoir, pistons and master cylinders thoroughly with clean brake fluidCheck: boots for crack master cylinders and pistons for scoring, scratches or other damageIf master cylinder is damaged or leaking, replace as an assembly
Front Calipers Loosen wheel nutsRaise vehicle and support it securelyRemove appropriate wheelDrain brake systemRemove Banjo bolt no7 with sealing washers no8 and detach brake hose no14 from caliperCatch spilled fluid with ragAttach the brake hose in position to prevent the fluid from flowing outUnscrew bolts no15 retaining caliper to knuckle and remove caliper
