GENERAL
During assemblyinstallation, use torque values and service products as in the exploded viewClean threads before applying threadlockerRefer to SELF-LOCKING FASTENERS and LOCTITE APPLICATION at the beginning of this manual for complete procedure
Remove handlebar bolts no2, reinforcement no3, steering supports no4 and nuts no51 1

Torque wrench tightening specifications must strictly be adhered toLocking devices (ex locking tabs, elastic stop nuts, self-locking fasteners, cotter pin, etc must be installed or replaced with new ones where specifiedIf the efficiency of locking device is impaired, it must be renewedV06i14A
