Installation
Place new bearings in freezer for 10 minutes before installationIf removed, clean sleeve no18 from dirt and greaseTo ease the assembly of bearings, it is possible to heat the chain tensioner at 100C (212F), 30 minutes in oven
Installation
Installation takes place in the reverse order of removal

Remove RH footrest (refer to BODY)Remove chain guard no6
WARNING
Clean any grease from tensioner prior to placing in ovenPlace sleeve no18 into chain tensioner boreUsing bearing installer (PN 420 276 930), press the bearing into the chain tensioner
