Removal: Place vehicle on level surfaceLift the rear of vehicleSlack drive chain then remove it from sprocket no5Remove RH footwell and chain guard no6Remove drive chain from engine sprocketRemove RH wheel then the chainInstallation: To install the drive chain, reverse the removal procedureAdjust and lubricate drive chain.V06H0RA

Removal
Lift rear of vehicle and install jack stands under the frame to support the rear of vehicle off the groundRemove appropriate rear wheelApply rear brakeRemove rubber cap no7Remove cotter pin no8 and unscrew elastic nut no9Discard the cotter pin
Drive chain Adjuster lock Sprocket hub Chain tensioner

Adjust chain deflection by slowly moving the ATV forward so any slack that may have previously been on the lower part of the chain is now on topThe bottom part of the chain should be tight during adjustmentThe deflection should be between 20 and 30 mm (34 and 1-18 in)
