Unscrew the carburetor intake adaptor no8 from carburetorDisconnect carburetor vent hose and carburetor fuel lineRemove and place carburetor off to one side to get access of the front screw no9 retaining the air box to the frameRemove the rear screws no10Remove air box no6NOTE: Air box can only be removed through right hand side
Installation
Properly reinstall removed parts in the reverse order of their removal

Air filter housing no2 can be removed as follows: Remove RH side cover and fuel tank coverRefer to BODYUnscrew vent hose no7 from air filter housingPull out the breather vent hose no11 from air filter housingUnscrew the screw no12 and pull upwards air filter housing3
