CHOKE CABLE
Removal
NOTE: Before removing choke cable, note its routing to ease the installationRemove carburetor from vehicleUnscrew choke cable nutOn multifunction switch side, pull the choke cable then remove the end of choke cable from the choke lever3 1

NOTE: Place rag around cable luber to prevent lubricant splashPut lubricant until it passes through the cablePlace the cable in vertical position during approximately 15 minutes or until no lubricant flows out of cableReinstall cable
Installation
Install the choke cable by reversing the removal procedureUse the following procedure to adjust the cable: Slide the rubber protector to show the adjuster nut Loosen the lock nut Rotate the adjuster nut to have free play about to mm (.118 to .197 in)To determine the free play, pull the cable until resistance is feltThis distance is the free play Lock the adjuster nut with the help of lock nut then replace rubber protector
